The Time Traveler's Wife, 2009

in Clare’s case — you can’t choose
who you love.

The Taking of Pelham 123, 2009

After all the advertisements and promotional videos on youtube.com, facebook, etc. I decided to see it.
I am so happy I did. It was a pleasant surprise. John Travolta really knows

how to play that bad guy role.
Denzel Washington was as always,
amazing. I'm trying to think. Did I ever
see a movie where he wasn't good?
No, he has always done an amazing job.
The ending scene was profound.
Bad guy vs. good guy, with a twist.
The good guy is not your atypical
good guy.

I rate this movie a 8 out of 10.

Terminator Salvation, 2009

The much anticipated Terminator Salvation movie was really good. With the exception of the ending. I was hoping that the ending would be good because a good ending to a movie can make a Oscar winner or not. They lost me with the ending. They could of ended it with a split screen the terminator and John Conner. I can't say anymore.I wouldn't want to give the ending away. As a note...there is a cameo that you all will love.

I rate this movie a 7 out of 10.

I rate is movie a 9 out of 10.

Knowing, 2009

I was not sure what to make of it 10 min's in but it got good just around when the action started. I would of liked a better story line and ending. I felt that the ending was either rushed through or squeezed in because of editing. This movie is good for people that like thrillers and mysteries.

I rate this movie a 7 out of 10.

Reach, 2009

At the Cannes short corner competition this year, this wonderful film that touched me. The little robot toy that wanted to see the outside, beyond the room that he was in. He tries so hard then finally, success or is it? You've got to see it to find out.

I rate this short a 9 out of 10.

The Reader, 2008

This movie takes you back to your teen years. You know...teen love. In the case of the main character however, a 15 year old boy, this was not just teen love. He finds himself involved with an older woman that has much mystery and complexity. I can't say more except that the woman's past shocks him to his core.

This movie is for a mature audience. I stress "mature". I rate this movie a 9 out of 10.

Vicky, Christina, Barcelona, 2008

Two Americans vacation in Spain and find themselves entangled with an artist that has a strange attachment to his ex-wife. Both Vicky and Christina, the Americans, develop a relationship with the artist that for many is very odd and non traditional. Directed by Woody Allen

This is a very good movie. I rate this a 9 out of 10.

Curious case of Benjamin Button, 2008

This movie tells the story of a man who starts aging backwards with bizarre consequences. I personally couldn't stop watching. This film had a Forrest Gump like quality to it. The idea of traveling from past to present and an array of journeys and relations with different people that keeps you Intrigued.

I rate this movie a 10. Absolutely marvelous!

Revolutionary Road, 2008

A young couple living in a Connecticut suburb during the mid-1950s struggle to come to terms with their personal problems while trying to raise their two children. This movie is based on a novel by Richard Yates.

I rate this movie a 10. Emotionally driven and filled with intensity.

Quantum of Solace, 2008

Quantum of Solace is the 22nd James Bond film by EON Productions and is the direct sequel to the 2006 film Casino Royale. In the film, Bond battles Dominic Greene (Mathieu Amalric), a member of the Quantum organization posing as an environmentalist who intends to stage a coup d'état in Bolivia to take control of its water supply. Bond seeks revenge for the death of his lover, Vesper Lynd, and is assisted by Camille Montes (Olga Kurylenko), who is also seeking revenge.
I must say that I was not sure what to think given the array of negative comments made about people complaining that a James Bond movie should not be about revenge. But they failed to say that the character James Bond seem to have learned a lesson about himself and about seeking revenge. It wasn't extra bloody or violent as compared to other movies.

I rate this movie a 10. Amazing action scenes. Directed by Marc Forster.

Katie Holmes is on the cover of Elle Magazine. She looks really nice and relaxed. Katilks about family life and working on her projects.

In her interview, Katie Holmes talks about everything from family, fashion and work. Here are a few excerpts from her interview.

On Tom giving her fashion advice: "He usually likes everything, but sometimes I’ll walk out and he’ll say, ‘I think that dress might be wearing you. You don’t need that. Tom has great taste.”

On family life: “In my own life, my whole world really revolves around family. I do what I need to do, but it’s like, ‘How is everybody else doing?’ And it’s wonderful for me as an actress to put some of that into a character.”

On life as a working mom on the Broadway set of All My Sons: “Suri would sit in my lap in the makeup chair. She’d hand the wig lady the bobby pins." That is sooo cute and sweet.

Katie Holmes and Suri running errands in Boston, MA., October 3rd

Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise are in Boston after their trip from home in Los Angeles. Katie was in LA to also debute her new fashion line Holmes an& Yang.

On September 29th Katie and Suri were seen walking along together in Boston as Tom was filming Witchita. The duo was seen grocery shopping at Deluca's and then later ran other errands during the day.

We have more pics from Tuesday (September 22nd) of Katie Holmes and daughter Suri Cruise boarding a plane after visiting Tom in Boston as he works on his new film, Wichita.

The family had gone to dinner the night before with Tom's mother, and children from previous marriage Isabella and Conner.

We are not sure where Katie and Suri is flying to but can only asume that they are heading back home after two and a half months of being away. Katie has been working in Melbourne, Australia filming Dont Be Afraid Of The Dark and rapped up just recently.

Tom Cruise finished filming yesterday with co-star Cameron Diaz after a long day of shooting on the set of Witchita. Then he joined his mom, Katie, Suri and two other children, Conner and Isabella for dinner on Tuesday night (September 22) in Boston, Massachusetts.

On Monday night Tom and Katie had a date night and were seen at a U2 concert. 35+ more pics below

Suri Cruise is only 3 years old but she sure is growing up and developing her own sense of style.

Suri is the daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes and was seen wearing a pair of silver heels while walking with mom on Monday (September21) in Boston, MA.

Tom and Katie jogging on streets of Boston, September 21st

Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise went for a jog today (September 21) on the streets of Boston where Tom is filming his new movie Witchita.

I love to see these pics of the both of them jogging together. I know how it feels to jog with someone by yourside. It is a good motivator and I'm sure it make things better when that someone is the someone your married to.

The last time we saw Katie and Tom jogging was in Melborne where Katie was filming Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark.

I hope to see more pics of the two jogging together. Know we know how Katie has those toned legs.

Katie Holmes, Suri, Tom Cruise and Conner spent the Sunday together, September 20th

Katie finished filming in Melbourne, Australia her upcoming thriller Dont Be Afraid Of The Dark, which is set to be released in 2011.

The family is in Boston now where Tom is filming his new movie Witchita with actress Cameron Diaz. Tom and Cameron have previously work on a film together (Vanilla Sky). They were recently on the Jay Leno show together.
